Payroll is calculated by way of accrual.
Payroll and payroll reporting:
o Vacation pays;
o Business trip expenses;
o Premiums;
o Bonuses;
o Overtime pays;
o Sick leave;
o And other staff settlements
If necessary, we directly resolve requests from employees regarding the above types of settlements, saving working time and resources of company management.
Providing reports:
o Monthly;
o Quarterly;
o Per annum.
Reports are submitted to the relevant state authorities.
Also, providing internal reporting on payroll with personnel to company management
